Staff members ended up wonderful, room was cleanse and comfortable. Location was excellent. We loved the cozy really feel from the hotel. They were possessing a referb so not all facilities available, but they retained us knowledgeable as well as the functions in no way interrupted our stay over the 4 nights we ended up there 4 of us stayed and every one of us stated we'd check out Singapore all over again especially if the Scarlet Hotel was available.
